Want to see if I can make anything better.

It is my first time building and I had a couple questions? Here is my build
I want to know if there is anything I can do to save money because I do not know if my cpu is as good as my gpu , because I will be running Call of duty and Fortnite mainly and I wanted to see if I can make anything better or do anything to save money. My budget is $1,250

The Ryzen 5 3600 is a good CPU and it can pair well with a 2070 Super, so don't worry too much about that. In terms of saving money, the easiest area would be on the case. There are cases you can get for about half the cost that will still work well like the Cooler Master NR600, Lian Li 205 and NZXT H510.
I would also recommend a 24" instead of a 27" monitor if you're going with 1080p for your resolution. Monitors should cost a little less at a smaller size and personally, I think for a 27" monitor 1080p isn't quite enough and text/images can get a little pixellated and blurry because the pixel density isn't quite there.
Otherwise it's a solid build all around. -
Can it be any better for the budget anything you would change

I didn't notice it last night, but you chose DDR4-3200 for your RAM, I would recommend getting a kit of DDR4-3600 since that's the sweetspot for third generation Ryzen CPUs. Otherwise, the only other things I'd really change are what I already mentioned. The CPU, GPU, SSD, motherboard and power supply are all solid choices.

For $250 the 1660 Super is the card to choose. The only other one near that price i'd recommend would be the RX 5600XT, however the 5600XT is closet to $280 so it's a little more expensive.

and will the ryzen 5 3600 be paired with that gpu well or it won't be used to its full potential

And also is there a better motherboard or is that a good motherboard.

The Ryzen 5 3600 will pair well with any GPU. You won't be "using its full potential" but that's not a bad thing, it means you'll be able to pair it with future GPU upgrades without having to also upgrade your CPU.
The motherboard you chose is one of the best B450 motherboards as far as I'm aware and is a good choice along with the 3600. -
in pcpartpicker it tells me that
The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.
What does that mean and also if the mother board is a problem in that would other motherboard would you recommend to get rid of this problem the price around $150 -
I think it is because of the storage because when I put the storage it brings up the error and when I take the storage off it says no error sorry to bother but I want to know how to fix this problem.

It means if you're using an M.2 SSD and install it into that M.2 slot, two of the standard SATA ports on the motherboard will automatically be disabled because they're sharing lanes. It's not a problem, just how they're designed. You'll find this on pretty much every motherboard.

So there will be no problems I can still be going with my build and everything will still be working.

That's perfectly fine. Some motherboards may specifically differentiate between SATA M.2 and NVMe M.2 drives and not disable some of the ports if it's an NVMe drive, but either way I don't think you'll run into any problems.

I still have hard trouble finding a gpu that can run much more fps then a ps4 is and good ones you would recommend for $350 near

At around $350, I'd be looking for a 2060 Super. They will be near that price.

What about near like $280

The regular The normal RTX 2060 and the RX 5600XT are going to be the GPUs to look at aroudn $280-300. All these GPUs should be able to run Call of Duty well at 1080p.

Any variant is of a certain GPU model is going to perform basically the same. One 5600XT isn't going to be that different from another, so if you're going with the 5600XT I'd just find the one that's the least expensive and check up on reviews to make sure it doesn't have some weird model-specific flaw that affects a lot of people.
