Canceling Online Order?

Bought the wrong item and looking to cancel order #10797380, however I can't seem to figure out how let alone even see it in my order history.

    Today I ordered 4 PC3-8500 (4GB DDR3-1066 CL7 SO-DIMM) RAM Card’s online. The order number is 10890992.  I incorrectly ordered the laptop version of the cards (I have a late 2009 desktop 21.5 inch iMac). How do I cancel the order, and then order the desktop versions of the cards?  Thank you.

    Imacs actually use the laptop style form factor for their memory so there's actually no need to cancel the order. You ordered the correct RAM.

    Under your email I found an order for a refurbished HP Elitedesk 800. Is that the order you're referring to? If so we can get that cancelled for you.
