I'm actually seeing three different orders for the same product under your email. One was an in-store pickup order, and two for shipping including the one you listed. Do you want to cancel the pickup order, or do you want to keep the pickup order and cancel both shipping orders? -

Also, some feedback.
I don't go to the MicroCenter in North Dallas because it is way out of my way. Build one in Arlington/Grand Prairie area and then you can get my in-store business. There is no option on an order to cancel via the website. Also, calling the store does no good. Only automated messages and if you press 5 for "other" the system tells you thanks for calling and hang's up.

I'll get those cancelled for you. Our phones have been extremely busy so you may have happened to call when they were full and that's why it didn't go through. Unfortunately ever since COVID hit that's pretty much how it's been.
