Can I return something without the receipt?
I recently bought the RTX 2060 SUPER last weekend (Saturday). I just heard of the new 3000 series of NVIDIA graphics cards and went to see if I could return the 2060. When I couldn't find my receipt, I went to the live chat system. Whenever I was up, it would give me a prompt to reload but when I did, it would put me at the back of the queue. (I would appreciate it if that could be fixed)

Yes, you can still return it even without the receipt. We can look up the purchase when you come in.
