Low frames on games after upgrading processor motherboard and ram
I have a B550 pro4 a Ryzen 5 3600 and a Radeon Rx580 with 3200mhz 32gb Balistix RAM... i just bought everything new except my gpu and now im getting 20-30 fps in games like COD when before i was getting 50-70 fps. I have updated all drivers and did a bios update and activated XMP mode for my ram and i still cant get over 40 fps is my gpu to low? when i run cod the gpu usage is 100% not sure if thats normal or not...anything helps thanks in advance

I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU. both physically and the drivers.It seems like that's your issue at the moment.
