UEFI BIOS

Options
I'm looking at a couple of systems for a customer request that will require the BIOS that is being used is UEFI.
The 2 systems are the Dell XPS 8940 and the PowerSpec G358.
I would suspect that the G358 is configured to use a UEFI BIOS but I need to be sure for our customer's requirements.
Many Thanks!

Greetings @Magnum_Tech1 and welcome to Micro Center Community!  All modern chipsets since 2011 provide UEFI support and the Dell XPS 8940 and PowerSpec G358 are no exception :)
  • Thank you. I just wanted to make sure that by default they are CURRENTLY using UEFI for BIOS. I'm sure they both support it, as you mentioned. However, if I have to convert them from Legacy to UEFI, that will add the time due to reinstalling Windows.
So can you verify that they currently boot up using UEFI?
    Thanks again.
