Cursor issues

My hp cursor is jumping all over the place. Text will randomly highlight and then delete. I routinely have documents/emails delete themselves without saving a draft.

Please tell us what model your HP PC is. My first thought would be you have a model with a touchscreen and that's the culprit here.
