I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.

Hello @Sbas. This is a great gaming PC. I like the selection of the parts you've chosen but I would note a few things. The 6800 is a great card but can take a bit of power. I'd go with a 750W power supply to give you some overhead to work with. Also you have a 2TB HDD. I would add an SSD a quarter of that size to be the main drive for your OS and for programs unrelated to gaming. You will notice the performance is much faster when loading your PC and the 2TB can be strictly for storage space.
