3060 launch at Columbus Ohio Store
I live in Northern Kentucky and was planning on going up to Micro Center tonight to wait in line for a 3060. I've called and read the forums and have seen no information regarding how the process is going to happen. I do not want to drive 5 hours just to be turned away because no stock is in or vouchers are being handed out. Any and all Info on the Columbus store release release would be helpful .. thanks in advance.

We have limited information available for the RTX3060. We do hope to have some available and our stores will be handing out vouchers on a first come first served basis, limited to only the stock they have on hand on launch day.
If it is something that you're still set on going, I'd recommend going to our Sharonville location instead of going to the Columbus store.

Cincinnati is a bit more of a distance for me to travel as I am in Northeast Kentucky. However I have actually been to both and Columbus store does seem to be a bit more crowded. My only reservation about leaving and going up to sit for a voucher is the possibility of the vouchers already being gone as I know this release is VERY popular. Contacting the stores isnt possible sadly.

Ahh, gotcha. Further east than I understood. I don't know when they will be giving out vouchers at this point. Since things are still under NDA we don't have any information about cards just yet. As soon as we have access to that info we'll share it. Unfortunately, I don't believe that will allow you to plan in advance.

what's the line look like out there? Im thinking about heading to either Columbus or Cincy

@ibanez79 just chiming in. From what I was told the line was long 10-20 people lined up at both stores before it opened this morning.

So are they doing this only on launch day or are they doing a round two? Cause I couldn't do launch day due to school but I will come at 5 and claim my spot for the 26th.

@Ejcummings1 Whether or not a voucher will be used would be dependant on several factors. Ultimately the decision would be up to the store manager.
