G706 Restarting and Booting Back Up

Hello! I recently got my First Prebuilt (G706) From A Microcenter in New Jersey. It's been 4 months now (since November 2020) and It randomly started restarting and booting back up. I do online school on it so it is a very big issue. Any tips to stop this? Thanks!

    Sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

    When is the restart happening?

    Please right-click on the start icon in the bottom left and open the Event Viewer. Please let me know of any Critical or Error reports that are happening around the time of the restarts.

    Usually random times, when i'm starting it up, or any random time.

    Hello @Jaiden_The_Man,

    Can you check what your temps are idling at? Random shut downs like this can be cause by a few different things, such as over heating and power issues. When you checked the event viewer were there any critical error reports, find the code for one that is around when a shut down happened and let us know what the code is.
