Windows 10 installation BSOD loop

Are you getting these blue screens on your initial Windows install attempt or are you doing a re-install and getting these?
-
On the initial install
-
Do you get any progress / steps completed in the install when this occurs?
-
Yes I get to the page where the percentage downloaded is shown, and then it goes to the bsod
-
@turtle2468 just chiming in. So we're all on the same page, this is your first time you've attempted to install windows on your system and you are getting the Driver IQR message correct? It seem like you are re-installing windows.
If you are you re-installing windows are you using a USB stick or installation cd? Were you overclocking previously?
Try installing windows with just 1 RAM stick in the first RAM slot near your cpu. Turn off pc, take out your ram, put 1 ram stick in 1st ram slot near CPU. Turn on pc and attempt to install windows then.

I have the exact same problem and I am installing it via external hard drive. I already formatted the drive so I don't think that is the issue but i don't know.
This is also a brand new system.

@Cjantio just chiming in. On the external hard drive, do you only have a windows iso file on it to install windows or is the external drive a cloned drive?
-
@TSTDavey well it appears to be an iso. Do you think that it would be easier to just buy the windows disk.
-
You can try remaking the media on another USB drive at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and see if that would make any change. Ensure you are following the steps for "Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) to install Windows 10 on a different PC (click to show more or less information)" listed here.

@Cjantio I agree with @Ian, try to redo the windows ISO on another USB.
Remember the only data or files that should be on the USB is the Windows ISO file. You can't have the windows ISO file and other files like, "myfavoriterecipe.docx" or other files on it.
The USB should solely have the Windows ISO file on it and nothing else.
Let @Ian and I know if you get it to install.
