It has the 'compatible' resolution listed at 1080p— but that only shows what resolution the inputs will accept. In reality, according to other listings, the actual or 'native' resolution of this projector, which is what actually gets projected, is less than 480p. It's 800x480! If I bought what I expected was an HD projector and received something with the resolution of an early 90s CRT monitor I'd be pretty mad about it. I'm sure it was an honest omission, but it goes without saying that customers shouldn't have to do research on other websites to learn the core specs of the products you sell.
Hello, I am sorry for the delay in response. Our website would be the information provided to us by the manufacturer, which they list 1920x1080 resolution on their website https://ivankyo.com/products/vankyo-leisure-3-projector-white
So we can clarify this, where/when does it show 800x480?
User manual on the linked page, page number 3. Inputs shows up to 1080p, but left hand column "Resolution: Native 800x480". This absolutely needs to be addressed, as it is not at all a 1080p projector, it's a projector that can accept and downscale a 1080p input, which is entirely different.
Hello, I have passed this information about this product to our web team to look into further.
