Question on adding SSD to RAZER BLADE 15 BASE MODEL LAPTOP

I recently bought:

I love it so far, but the 512Gb SSD it comes with is way too small for what I need. In the specs it says it has "2 PCIe M.2 Slots, 1 Available" Can I assume this means I could add a 2Tb SSD such as the samsung 970 EVO: https://www.microcenter.com/product/601601/samsung-970-evo-plus-ssd-2tb-(mz-v7s2t0b-am)-m2-nvme-interface-pcie-30-x4-internal-solid-state-drive-with-v-nand-3-bit-mlc-technology,-2280

For the SSD I am looking for speed and reliability, is there a better SSD than the EVO 970 I could install?

Are the newer 4TB drives just as reliable? Like the INLAND 4TB? https://www.microcenter.com/product/627020/inland-platinum-4tb-ssd-m2-2280-nvme-pcie-gen-30x4-3d-nand-internal-solid-state-drive,-pcie-express-31-and-nvme-13-compatible,-ultimate-gaming-solutio
