What products were on the purchase? I looked up your email and found a few purchases that were made recently, we can email you another copy of the receipt as long as we know which one you need. -
Has anyone heard of a chat agent telling them that they would finsih the transaction in your cart. I had a Oculus Quest in the cart and he said it would finish putting through for you?

I was actually able to find your ticket from when you chatted with us earlier. You have to add it to your cart, select "reserve now" and go through the reservation/checkout process yourself through our website. Once you do that, a request is sent to the associates at your local Micro Center store for them to find the items and set them off to the side for you. Once they are able to do that, you receive a confirmation email for your reservation. -
