Trying to find out the status of computer being built
I don't know if this is the right place for this but I can't get in contact with anyone else.
I purchased all the parts through the Custom PC Builder along "Same Day Pro Assembly" on Sunday in the hopes it would be built the following day considering it was advertised as "Same day, if ordered 4 hours before closing."
The next morning at around 9am I received an email saying an SSD that was part of my build was sold out, that I'd need to order a replacement one online, and "the rest of your items have been pulled and will be in our service dept."
So I immediately purchased a new one thinking the build would continue. I received an email saying that new SSD was ready to be picked up which was odd since it was supposed to be going into the computer they were building, but I didn't think much of that.
At 6pm I talked to a chat representative on the website who told me he'd have the pc builder forward me the status of my computer which never happened.
At 7pm I tried calling but the phone just rang and rang.
I tried emailing the original email telling me to order a new SSD but I received no response (though to be fair on that one, it was pretty late but still within store hours.)
The store isn't the easiest or quickest for me to get to so I'd prefer not to have to make multiple trips just to check up on what's going on.
If you're going to promote a four hour build and then after an 11 hour work day I can't even get in contact with anyone about what's going on, I would say don't advertise it as such.
Also, I was charged for the parts and build but not refunded for the SSD that was sold out.

Better than what I got.
I got told Thursday by the service member at the store that the same day service was not true for tier 3 despite what the website clearly says and that there were 3 people ahead of me and that it would 2 days before build would be ready and that I'd be texted or emailed when work started.
2 days later and nothing. Talked to someone on chat who said it would be up to 24 hours before I could expect a response.
I need to pick it up tomorrow and it's a 3 hour drive each way.
Not stellar service by any means so far.
