About returning an item but didn’t receive my email receipt

Greetings. You can return it without a copy of the receipt as long as you have the packaging etc. within 30 days of purchase, they can look up purchases by name, phone number, email etc. - any info provided to the cashier. if needed they can swipe the card used at the time of purchase to locate the transaction in store. Keep in mind the card used will need to be present to make a return.
