I just purchased the new VCS from Atari, and decided to buy the fightstick to play the games.
The Atari unit sees the USB controllers being connected/disconnected, but none of the joysticks or buttons register with the unit. Has this been tested yet? Given they are both Atari branded, I would hope they work together.

I did some troubleshooting last night, and realized this is a Xinmo controller, not an Atari. I guess the graphics are licensed.
The trackball works on my computer, but neither of the joysticks work, nor do any of the buttons. I checked the wiring, disconnected and reconnected everything. I am going to assume it's a bad controlled. I'll setup a return later today.
I am sorry to hear of the issues, were you getting any sort of errors/error messages? If you did make a recent purchase with us, it can be returned/exchanged at your local store within 30 days of purchase.
