Rattling sound coming from Cooler Master AIO

So I have confirmed the noise is definitely coming from the pump. I dug an old automotive stethoscope out of my garage and there's no doubt where the noise is coming from. Hoping somebody from MC can give me some help with this as the new found noise is annoying.

Greetings @DMA
Generally a good indication of a pump failure. I'd try turning it off and on a few times. Does the sound stop after the system is powered off and slowly come back, or is it constant? -
Of course it stops on shutdown and pretty much starts again immediately when powered up. It is constant although it does vary in intensity, however there does not seem to be any particular reason as to why it varies.

If I unplug the pump fan header it is nice and quiet. It's definitely the pump. What is the process for getting it replaced? Will I have to leave it or can this be swapped out while I wait? I purchased at the Tustin store.

@DMA
Sorry for the confusion. I more meant if it was an issue, that was gone as it started up, but would creep back in intensity over time. Bad pump, for service you just want to bring it in and drop it off. As of now we would require you to drop it off, but we do expedite repairs on our Powerspec's. -
Do I need to contact somebody there to make an appointment and will I have to wait in that ridiculous line to get in? Also I am going to pull the drive as I'm not comfortable with leaving it with anybody with unsecured personal data. Will that be an issue?

@DMA
I would schedule your repair on our service site here in advance: https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/instore-service-diagnostics.aspx
Once you arrive, there will be an attendant that will direct you, if there's a line. -
Ok, thanks MW. I may just buy a new one and replace it myself rather than have to make 2 trips to the store and wait for how long to repair. Funny, it waited exactly two weeks to begin to fail.

@DMA
I understand time is a factor. If you do that, keep the old cooler. Remember that we'll replace it under warranty, at any point during the one year warranty. -

@DMA
Typically we'd have to ask you to reinstall the original cooler and have the unit serviced as a whole. It's something to consider though if you have some downtime in the future. -
Ok, I can understand that, being as you have no way of knowing where the cooler came from. Thanks again for your replies.

I have had 3 cooler masters fail in a row. I am going to switch to another brand and model.
Good luck

I also have a G436 with a Cooler Master ML240L that has this same issue. It started around 7 months after I bought it. Doing some research, I discovered that it's a common issue with the Cooler Master MasterLiquid AIO series, and the only real solution is to replace it with a different brand.
My G436 is still under warranty. If I were to bring it in for warranty service, would the defective AIO be replaced with the same model?

If it is under warranty you can bring it in and we can take a look at it. As our community staff is not located at a specific store, we are unsure what parts are available but they will be able to assist you with a replacement service directly in-store. No appointment needed for service.
