Micro Center in Columbus
Drove 2 hours to visit the micro center in Columbus to pick up one of the ssd's that I got a coupon for. I have a friend that lives in columbus as well so drug him along so he could get one. Cashier refused to let me get one claiming that it was one per household, despite me clearly saying we don't live together and offering to prove it as I had my ID showing where I lived, which should clearly show I didn't live in Dayton like my friend. So basicly 4 hours of driving to get what? Cashier didn't want to listen so I wasn't going to buy anything.
Quit sending out these coupons if employees aren't going to honor them.

Greetings. To clarify, you both had separate coupons and the store would not honor them?
-
If I understand what happened correctly,
The reason this may have happened is because our policy with coupons only allows us to honor one of each type per transaction per day.
I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Ummm, two separate people making 2 separate transactions. We didn't drive the same vehicle, we weren't purchasing together. We were just seen together at the store and the cashier assumed we were together because we were friends.
A 2 hour drive. And I easily could have proven we weren't same household if given the chance.

Did you both have separate coupons?

Yes. We have different debit cards, different wallets, different phones, different coupons and live in different houses. and different vehicles. I rode my motorcycle and he drove his car.
