where to get a graphics card......
so a few weeks ago i posted a question about how to fix my 980. long story short, i found out it is toast. so i need to find a new graphics card. but the thing is that i want it brand new because i want to buy something i can trust. i saw a 1050 at microcenter for $300 but the msrp for one is only $109. i want to know if it is worth it to get a new graphics card now when they are expensive (even though i have a pc that works but it is slower) or wait for prices to go down. please link a decent graphics card (if you can find one) that is brand new. i wont buy anything below a 960. (my pc has a intel i7 and 32gb of ram) thank you!

At that price range and in the current market, you'd probably be looking for a GTX 1650 or equivalent as I do see those in stock at St. Louis Park as the time of this post - https://www.microcenter.com/product/606545/msi-geforce-gtx-1650-ventus-xs-overclocked-dual-fan-4gb-gddr5-pcie-30-graphics-card

Greetings. What is your intended budget and which Micro Center store would you be nearest to?

@Ian I am closest to st.Louis park MN and my budget is $300

For that budget, I would suggest you aim for a 1650, or a 1650 super if you are extremely lucky. A 1050/ti for 300 bucks are definitely not worth it, you even can get a better price on ebay/amazon. Or if you don't want to wait, you can go get a 5600g apu if you are using the ryzen platform(it performs as well as 1050 when overclocked to 2400mhz)
