I bought the retail windows 10 USB key, however when I try to use it, it gets stuck on splash screen
I'm not sure if there is a reason for this or not, and This is my first build and do not have any other back up USB's
I also do not have a monitor yet lol

Greetings. What parts do you have? Are you able to access the BIOS?

I was able to access BiOS, and I got a different key that successfully booted me into windows
