Gigabyte B550 vision DP Bios update

I just got my Gigabyte B550 vision DP and decided to update the Bios. I followed all the steps correctly but when the QFLASH Led stop flashing the code shows 00 and the DRAM light is on. Does this mean the update was complete? Am I safe to turn off the power supply? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Greetings, per the motherboard manual, it states " The QFLED will flash when the BIOS matching and flashing activities start and will stop flashing when the BIOS flashing is complete."
There should be no change to the DRAM light.
