I have the same problem, but can’t find a way to contact through website. In reference to order: <removed by staff> I got a Pie-zero2 instead of Pie-zero2w. Packaging has been thrown away. How can this be remedied?

Greetings. My best recommendation would be to come back to the store within the return period of the item so management can look into this further with you in-store.
