Which parts for photo editing build
Machine will be used for photo editing (using Adobe Lightroom or ON1 Photo Raw) and general office tasks. Won't be used for gaming or streaming. Given current GPU prices, will use my current GPU until prices come down. Looking to spend approximately $1500 without a GPU. Want a build that I won't outgrow in a couple of years.
Couple of upfront questions. 1. Considered both the 5600X and 5900X - will I see much difference in performance if I went with the 5600 X? 2. Is there an alternate motherboard I should consider? 3. Re: the case, it doesn't have to be stylish, just provide good air flow, and not have me skin my knuckles trying to fit parts. Is there a better choice?.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Greetings. A 5900x would for sure be the superior choice for any sort of editing/processing, a 5600x would still do a great job. You could also go for the middle between the two and do a 5800x as well, all would do just fine for any editing, but obviously the 5900x will perform the best.
The motherboard you have picked out would be good for any of those AMD processors.
The Corsair case you have selected is not a hard case to work with at all, installation should be fairly straight forward.

Ian, Thanks for taking the time to look at my wish list. Glad to know I didn't screw up too badly.
