Lost Receipt for Instore Purchase
I lost the receipt for my i5 12600k and I want to exchange it for an i9 12900k. My girlfriend used my credit card to purchase it but I don't think she used my insider info as it isn't showing up in my order history. Can it still be exchanged?

Greetings, a physical receipt is not required as long as we are able to look up your purchase in our system! Typically, you'll provide information to the cashier when you purchase the item. We use this information to look up your purchase should you lose your receipt.
