I need a good pc in $1500
I’m thinking of upgrading from a mini desktop to a real pc, and I don’t want to spend over $1500. I just need the pc to run most popular titles

I created you a solid $1500 PC. You could get a better B550 motherboard, but Micro Center as of currently has those a lot more expensive(like $30-$40 more than the A520), so I picked an A520 board. I included thermal paste, a *VERY BASIC* keyboard, mouse, and mousepad to get you started, and a 27 inch monitor. The RX 6600 XT is pretty much the best sub $500 graphics card currently in stock, so I went with that, as it is about equivalent to a RTX 3060 TI(only counting rasterization) or a RTX 3060(if you value DLSS, Ray Tracing, stuff like that)... Both of those are out of stock. If you have the mouse, keyboard, mouse mat, monitor and thermal paste, the build comes in around $1140, not including the operating system and tax. Overall, this is a decent build. If you want to utilize more of your $360 budget left, I suggest upgrading the CPU to a Ryzen 7 5800X($90 more), upgrading the board to like a B550 board($45 more for the ones that are in stock), and upgrading the GPU to a RX 6700 XT($150 more) to fully utilize that budget after getting the operating system. That would make the build come in around $1400. Hope this helps you!

Note that the stock CPU cooler comes with perfectly functional thermal paste so that separate item is not needed.
Cases are very subjective since it sits there on your desk you should have one that you like the appearance. I highly suggest that if you live near a Microcenter that you visit and look at them in person. They have almost all the cases on display. Same for keyboard and mouse.

I was recommending extra thermal paste for future use. However, that is fairly interesting that the CPU cooler comes with thermal paste. But agree that the case, and keyboard and mouse are very basic and subjective, so you should definitely pick based on the one that suits your liking.

Just for future reference - the AMD Wraith Stealth Coolers come with paste pre-applied.
