Security and Privacy
What should I do? someone is in my IPhone. They are trying to get into my banking information as I am getting text messages saying "you are resetting your password. use code xxxxx on line or in app to complete your request" I have not been trying to do that. I have received emails from LinkedIn letting me know that someone from another device has changed my password. The same thing from one of my streaming services. The email tells me the location is GMT (London)? How do I protect my privacy?

Someone has your email and they're targeting your accounts try to gain access. We need to look at these individually and get a better idea of whether someone actually has your password. Have you confirmed the LinkedIn login actually changed? Where did the LinkedIn email originate from? Someone could be using this to phish for a password.
I'd start by changing passwords on all your accounts. Particularly if they share the password with your LinkedIn account.

OK. Nothing has the same password though I did change my LinkedIn when I received the email and I did change the password on one of the streaming services. the LinkedIn and the streaming services came to my my personal email

Was the password actually different though? Did you attempt to login? The email warnings, were they actually from the streaming service and LinkedIn?
If the password had changed the email are legit, then someone had the passwords used for those services. To reset it they'd need access to your email or phone. I'd reset your email password as a safety precaution. It's possible someone could access your text messages this way if your phone is tied to a Gmail account as an example.

Many thanks. No, I did not try to log in and couldn't. Once I received the email I went and changed the password(s). The emails were from LinkedIn and the streaming service. Your info is great and if this happens again I will try to login first before I male a change.

Make sure you go directly to the site and try to login. Be wary of any emails sending you notifications of password changes. Verify the email is from the company. If you have any concerns about the authenticity do not click on any links in that email.

Thank you again for your help yesterday. I registered with my job email and now I want to change it to my personal. How do I do that because the edit profile will not allow it. Do I need to register with my personal email?

Here is some information from LinkedIn on that process: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a519904/manage-your-email-address?lang=en

Thank you but I meant chaning my email with the community to my personal and not my office email

Oh my apologies, as this uses your Micro Center Insider account to access the Micro Center community, you would have to use a different account for another email address.
