CPU temperature high after installing a new GPU.

A couple years ago, I bought a pre-built PC which is an ASUS ROG (Model #GL12CX-B7). It came with an Intel i7-9700F and RTX 2060 pre-installed. I recently upgraded my GPU to an RTX 3070ti. Ever since then, I noticed my CPU temperature rising to around 95 degrees Celsius when playing certain demanding games. (The GPU temp stays in the low to mid 80s). Is this normal? Does the CPU need a better cooler?
