Older Order Receipt Retrieve Possible?
Hello,
I bought an AMD CPU processor in early 2020 and have had issues with it. Is that possible to retrieve the receipt? It was an in-store purchase and the physical receipt is missing since it's been over two years, and there was no email tied to that. My processor is still under AMD's 3-year warranty cover period. Now AMD is requiring proof of purchase for the processor. I do have that transaction record from my bank statement and I can provide it if required.
