Right click on the "Start" menu and go to "Device Manager". Check if the device is listed under "Network Adapters". Also see if you have any devices missing drivers under "Other Devices".
Double click on the i225-V. Does it state it's working properly?
Do you have another PC where we could download the chipset and other drivers then transfer it via flash drive? If so I would do that first. If you can't, try this.
From that properties window, go to "Advanced". Select "Speed and Duplex". Set it to "1.0 Gbps Full Duplex". Click "Ok" and restart.

Alright so I was able to get most of the drivers to work. The ethernet is still not working and now raid controller is being flagged under other devices.
That's the Intel Rapid Storage or IRST driver. What router/modem do you have?
It is an AT&T router. It is made by Pace.
This particular adapter from my experience has serious issues with the AT&T Gateways. It usually won't connect to them at all, we'll need intermediary device. If you have a laptop with ethernet, you can run it through the laptops ethernet port and connect via ICS to verify the port is working. For a permanent solution, get a 5 Port Gigabit switch. They're usually under $30. Put it between the AT&T router and the PC, it'll work fine.
