Need Help Verifying my Parts Selection for an Upgrade

Time to finally upgrade, here's what I'm thinking but want to verify everything is going to work together:
- Processor: i7-12700K
- Motherboard: MSI Z690 MPG Edge DDR5 ATX LGA 1700
- Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR5 5600
- GPU: GeForce RTX 3070 TI Gaming X
- Power: Corsair HX1200
What I already have:
- Case: Cool Master 932 HAF Full Tower
- SSD: 2TB Samsung 860 EVO SATA 6Gb/s
- MSI Optix MAG432CQR Monitor
What I want to do:
- 3D Modeling
- VR Gaming

Greetings, I don't see any issues with what you have picked out. The power supply is a bit much for the parts you have picked out but does leave room for possible further future upgrades.
