Wi-fi not showing up on newly built PC's device manager.
I have a new PC built by Micro Center, but the included wi-fi antenna that came with the motherboard isn't showing up once connected at all. Nor is a backup Logitech wi-fi USB dongle I purchased.

Hi @Elkhan,
Have you checked your Device Manager to make sure the drivers are installed? You may have to download the drivers from another PC onto a flash drive, and then install them on your new PC.

Hey, your motherboard should have come with a disk that have drivers on them if you have a custom build.

I wouldn’t have thought the drivers would need a separate installation if the antenna comes with the motherboard. Also surprised if the builder forgot to install those. Will check.

I wound up having to go to the website for the motherboard and download it, obviously via an alternative computer. Good news is both the included and backup wi-fi are working now.
