Greetings,
There shouldn't be any sort of admin password set up out of box. What type of hard drive are you trying to add?
-
A crucial 1tb nvme m.2 ssd, but the bios has almost every option grayed out and won't recognize the additional hard drive

Is there a wa to completely reset the bios, including passwords? There is definitely a password on this and I am unable o do anything involving the hard drives.

If there was a BIOS password, it would be prompting for that before you open the BIOS in general. Can you attach pictures of what you are seeing exactly?

The option to set an admin password is greyed out, and I have a password set for the normal user that I can access. I just need to be able to reset the admin password so I can upgrade my hard drive.
