Need help

I would like to put together a desktop computer (preferably Intel based) . I would like to buy all the components through MicroCenter. I do a lot of video editing with it. Some of the "musts" are:

• top of the line graphics card with lots of memory (must do dual monitors)
• I would like to have a fast and large c: drive
• Lots of storage maybe multiple drives
• capability to expand
• lots of fans for cooling
• sd card capability
• ethernet port
• good sound card with microphone
• both blue ray and dvd burning capability
• prefer Intel
• Win 11
• Case: Tower
