Choices are Overwhelming. Please Help
I want to build a PC for 4K video editing. I started to build one online but the choices are overwhelming. I would have the store build for me.
What can you suggest a kit when using the following major parts
Intel i7 (16 core)
Nvideo Gforce 4700xt
32GB RAM
1TB SSD (boot)
2TB Hard drive
I would not know how to choose the remaining parts, e.g., motherboard, cooling, power supply, lord knows what else.
Any suggestions to guide me?

I'm assuming you meant an nVivia RTX 4070ti as a 4700xt would be a Radeon card (which would work here too)
I put together what I might select for a customer based on what you asked for here https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=088d07ae-b51d-4627-a40d-d1b8ce5abb92 I added an 8tb HDD for additional storage and picked out a nice compact case that all this will fit in. I've become a fan of well, fans, and try to steer folks to a nice air cooler for the CPU.
I am not sure if the bundle is still in play but there had been an i9 special bundle that came with a board AND RAM for $799.99 at one time, that is a HUGE deal.

"(1 GB or higher VRAM and OpenCL capable are recommended) DirectX 11 compatible for 360° video editing"
The bit about OpenCL is the important part, which is a standard graphics package that any GPU can do. Here is a performance chart of OpenCL with different cards: OpenCL Benchmarks - Geekbench
The 4070 Ti and 3080 Ti perform very closely so for wildly different prices it seems obvious to get the less expensive. MicroCenter is selling 3070 Ti for looks like way lower than 4070 Ti right now. It is, I know those parts will work, I was looking for specific parts that for whatever reason are not there when the filter is on.

Do you know exactly what software you want to use for the 4k video work? Some want better CPU, some others want better GPU. Before making a final decision you should know what to emphasize for the best performance.

Yes. Thanks. I use Cyberlink Powerdirect 21. Do you have a suggestion that works with that editing software? Im also wondering if the 4700ti is worth the extra $500-800 more vs a 3800 ti or other. Im not gaming at all, just doing video editing in 4K.

Assuming the benchmark means overall goodness for video editing, it appears that 3080ti and 4070ti are close in price and the performance sweetspot.
