Hi Ian, I am having the same issue. Service tag not found and when I call Dell, they have no record and told me to call microcenter.

Looks like this is a purchase from just a couple of days ago with us, typically these reports and serials, etc. can take up to 5-7 business days in my understanding to show up in Dell's system.
