Help choosing parts ~ Beginner

Hello, I want to try and build my first PC since I’m not too content with prebuilts.

I already built a list of the parts I want and my budget is 1500 for the PC.

I would love to hear your tips and the changes I should make to the list. The main use of the PC will be for gaming.

The list is in the pdf since I can’t post a link due to micro center rules.

It looks like a fine list except the SSD. You should get the newer m.2 type which is much better.

https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx#selector_9 I scrapped up a pc for you to check out too. It's a little better when it comes to cooling, airflow and all that. Getting a little better of a processor, while sacrificing the gpu. HOWEVER, don't fret, I would say the 3060ti would do you just fine as a beginner, and if anything I would be worried the i5 you have could bottleneck your 4070. Just food for thought, check the PC build out tho!

Thank you. I’m planning on getting a Corsair 4000d case, then buying either noctua or arctic fans (3). It’ll be 3 intake and 2 exhaust fans.
