New to building a PC, would like some help with this.
Hello name is Chris, I would like to build a PC that will be used for gaming/streaming and that can go with my acer monitor. Games will be like Tom Clancy's Division 2, Phantasy Star online 2 new genesis, Earth Defense Force, and games of the such. I don't really know where to start with for such a PC and my current budget will $2.5k . Thank you for your time and have a great day.

What model of Acer monitor do you have? Does your budget need to leave any amount left over for any peripherals or would that just be for the parts?

For the Acer Monitor its a Acer XF240Q 23.6" TN LCD Monitor - Black. As for the budget it'll just be for the parts.

I have played around and came out with this type of build. (https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=a3cf15dc-24ba-40f0-ae23-b336389af52e) I will be changing out the 4060TI with a 3080. Let me know what you think.

That all looks good to use, just to note you don't have any sort of operating system picked out here so you will need that to boot up. Also, did you happen to mean a 4080 instead of a 3080? 3080s haven't been sold for a little bit of time unless you're getting that card from somewhere else.
