Is this a good parts list?
I'm trying to make a 1440p gaming pc that can also handle some light 4k video editing and content creation that is mostly future proof. I might start streaming later down the line too. I wanted to see there is anything I should change or if this part selection is good for what I'm looking to do. If there is any other parts that you guys think I should buy or upgrade later on please let me know. Thank you guys in advance!

Yeah! Looks great for 1440p gaming, you can definitely do some video editing with that build as well, but I would recommend later in the future if you can double up the RAM to 64GB. That would be better suited for video editing.
