Hello Roy! Would it be possible for you to send us a screen shot of the error you are having? I recommend trying another browser and clearing your cache and cookies to see if this helps!

I get this message on Edge or Firefox on my desktop over my home network. I also get it on my phone in Firefox Edge and Safari over my LTE (TMobile) network. Hope this helps.

if you could private message me the special price on the 16TB Ironwolf Pro? I’m trying to figure out if I need to arrange transportation to the store. (I am dependent on others for transportation)

This may be an issue with the domain that you are using. If you have a gmail or yahoo account I recommend trying to use that to see if there are any changes. I will also be sending you an email shortly about this.

Definitely a bit odd that it is not sending you the pricing at all if that is the case. We have sent a message over to the team in store about this so as soon as there are any updates they will reach out!
