You also have the option to contact Asus for warranty.
I've had 3 mobos I've sent to Asus. Two was exchanged. One was returned saying it was working when they tested it and sure enough when I retested it was working as well.
But since you bought the 2 year protection plan, IDK.

Hi! Can you confirm what debug light is lit? Usually it will have small text next to it such as DRAM, BOOT, VGA, or CPU
-
It is the orange DRAM light
I just want to get my pc up and running asap so I'll see if i can make it back to microcenter after work

Can you try using one RAM stick at a time in each of the channels to see if it POSTs? It would be stick 1 in slots 1,2,3,4 and stick 2 in slots 1,2,3,4.
Regarding the return, these boards have a 15 day return policy. If you are looking to purchase different board you would be provided an in store credit, for the amount you bought this, to use towards another purchase. -
I've tried every permutation of my 2 ram sticks and the 4 slots, all have the same result.
-
Very rare to have both RAM sticks be faulty but not entirely impossible. Have you cleared CMOS as well? Here is a guide for how: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1030210/#:~:text=There%20is%20a%20CLR_CMOS%20button,enter%20the%20BIOS%20to%20reset

I will be heading out for the night soon so I am going to create you a ticket here to make sure you get the support you need!
-
My cpu and memory were working fine earlier that day, i just upgraded my motherboard mostly because i wanted the clear cmos button on the back

If the issues are persisting even after all of this, it is likely that the board will be defective. I recommend bringing this in to exchange.
