How do I get replacement part for AnyCubic Kobra 2 Pro that is still under warranty

I bought the AnyCubic Kobra 2 Pro 3D printer in February of 2024 and the nozzle is now pushing into the hot plate when trying to auto level. I contacted AnyCubic support and they said that I would need a new thermal offset measurement module. I sent a copy of my MicroCenter receipt to AnyCubic support and they said they couldn't find my order number and that "Since we cannot find your order number, please contact the corresponding purchasing platform or the dealer to reissue the corresponding accessories for you during the warranty period." I don't live too close to a MicroCenter and I tried calling the phone number for the closest store but I wasn't able to easily get to any person to ask but what do I need to do in order to get a replacement thermal offset measurement module?
