There doesnt appear to be a way to chat currently.. It's completely broken. You would think a company selling high tech gear would have a half decent website lol.

Just connected to a rep on that page, seems to work for me. Try another browser, let us know what you're running. We also have phone and text support.

Very sorry for the frustration! Our chat bubble is at the bottom right of the screen. If you do not see it, I recommend disabling any adblockers you have enabled as that may be blocking it:
