ASUS ProArt Z790 Motherboard

hi - I have been working on a new PC build for a couple of years but never got around to pulling the trigger. Over this holiday season I tried doing some stuff on my old computer and it failed. Time to pull the trigger on a new build.

The system I had put together using the PC Builder App used an ASUS ProArt Creator WiFi motherboard with an Intel 1390pK processor and a GeForce 4070Ti video board. The computer will be used almost exclusively for Lightroom and some Photoshop image processing. No gaming.

I just pulled up my saved build on the Microcenter account and a lot of items are out of stock. I can work around things like memory chips and power supplies, even the video board, but would really like to stick with the ProArt motherboard. Is it just that after the holidays the supply chain will get back to normal and stock levels will increase or is there a deeper issue with this motherboard? My local store is St David's (Philadelphia).
