Support Chat still not working

I simply wanted to check the balance of a gift card. I expected to be able to enter the card number into a form, hit a button and see the balance.

Instead, everything I'm seeing is telling me to use a chat box to ask about it. Kinda disappointing, but alright. I finally find a few different chat boxes, but NONE of them work. They all return this error when clicked:

ReferenceError: Can't find variable: zE

Looks like it is something in the popchat() function. This is strange because zE appear to be a function itself, not a variable.

function popchat(){zE('messenger', 'open');}

I hope this helps someone resolve this! Also, please consider this post as an upvote for the idea of allowing us to check gift card balances using an automated system. Thanks!
