Help with Unreal Engine games crashing on my new build (e.g. Fortnite)
I just built a brand new desktop with brand new computer parts but every time I start playing at around 10-15 minutes the game will crash. This is consistently happening and I'm not sure why because my hardware is more than sufficient to handle the game. I have tried multiple things like: 1) Updating Bios 2) Updating gpu drivers. Can someone point me in the right direction so I can get this resolved please?

If it makes you feel any better, I have been experiencing the same thing on my system. It's possible that Unreal is having some issues right now. Your specs are more than adequate to run the game well, it might be something on Epic's end that needs to be patched.

Hi! I see that you were able to speak with one of our representatives in chat regarding some of the issues you were having. Were you able to call our technical support line for diagnostics or are you in need of further recommendations?

I was able to to speak to one of your representatives and they found a failed test with one of the memory sticks. I bought some new ones and replaced the but the games are still crashing so I'm back to square one. Still don't have an idea why the games are crashing. All the hardware seems okay.
