Customer support has vanished

The customer experience has deteriorated to the point I'm close to done shopping here. I want to support local businesses, but Microcenter does not care about customers anymore. No customer service number to call. Salesmen are ignorant about tech and unfriendly. Chat takes hours to get to someone and even then you have to wait a long time for a response. 

I couldn't find an adapter on your website and wanted to know if you had one. But apparently there is no avenue to get that information anymore. I'm done overspending for these items. I can get them cheaper online and every other online shop has some modicum of customer support.

  • Chat doesn't even know what a UART adapter is. LOL. Why would I ever shop here again? 
  • CSR I spoke with was incredibly rude. I called 9136526000 per the chats instructions. He tried to tell me he was some AI Guru when we connected for some reason and then got argumentative and belligerent when I asked about the connector. The customer experience kept getting worse every step of the way. I'm floored by this.
