What does this error mean

Are you doing any overclocking? Some of your settings may be a little off and causing the machine to brain fart. But don't worry, silicon farts don't stink (at least I don't think they do). Try moving all of your clock settings for CPU & RAM to AUTO and reboot. If you still have problems, set ALL BIOS settings to AUTO (at least the ones that have AUTO as an option), reboot, and try again. If you STILL encounter problems try reseating your RAM sticks by removing them and then install them one-at-a-time by aligning one into it's slot, then FIRMLY pushing it straight down into the slot by the TOP edge using BOTH hands - one near each end of the stick - in ONE FLUENT MOTION to fully seat the RAM properly. You may also need to redo your thermal grease by removing your CPU cooler or water block, removing the existing grease using 70%+ alcohol on a paper towel or microfiber cloth (make sure to remove ALL of the grease from both the CPU and cooler block), let it dry completely, remove any paper towel 'dust' with a puff of air, then drop a single ball of good quality TIM the size of a single grain of RICE on the center of the CPU, and mate it with the cooler being careful to place them together as evenly as possible with very little to NO lateral movement.

Once you get it where you can run your fave benchmark at full tilt for hours on end with ZERO crashes, reboots, or blue screens, ONLY THEN should you attempt any overclocking by adjusting ONE SETTING AT A TIME, then run your benchmark for hours on end again to make sure it's solid. Only when it's SOLID on that setting should you move on to the next setting and repeat the process. If you do more than ONE setting during your overclock you will not know which setting crashed your machine when it throws a fit, and you'll only be guessing which one is the culprit.

After all that (or whatever is relative to your scenario) you should end up with a rock solid system that will give you days of crash free gaming goodness and the bloodshot eyeballs to match!
