Error 1962

I have a Lenovo 520 AIO and after plugging it in, I got 2 error messages. The first was: Error 0135-CPU fan failure. I selected F2 to continue booting up and got Error 1962: No operating system found. Boot sequence will automatically repeat.

How is this resolved? It is a new computer that will not boot up because of Error 1962.
