Trying to purchase protection plan over the phone for in store purchase.

Hi I recently made a purchase, and have unable to get in contact with anyone. Is there anyone here who can help? I was told to contact the store within 30 days to purchase it, I am trying to do that.

If you paid with debit, or were wanting to purchase an accidental damage protection plan, we normally would need you to come back into the store to process that. If neither of those things apply, if you reach out to us via text/chat or private message me with your purchase and contact information, we can get your information over to our store managers to have them reach out to you directly to get that taken care of.
